The present document (General Terms and Conditions of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to sales concluded between, on the one hand, persons wishing to make a purchase via the HIGH ROCK LTD website (www.linkman-group.eu), hereinafter referred to as “the client” and, on the other hand, the company HIGH ROCK LTD, whose registered office is located at Suite 5 – Valley Towers – Valley Road, BIRKIRKARA BKR9022 MALTA, hereinafter referred to as “HIGH ROCK LTD”. These conditions apply to all buyers.
Prices
All prices of the products are indicated in euros excluding VAT, excluding shipping, preparation and packaging costs. HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to change its prices at any time without prior notice. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is placed. The products remain the property of HIGH ROCK LTD until full payment has been received by HIGH ROCK LTD. The price is payable in full and in one instalment.
Ordering
The customer can order on the internet via the website www.linkman-group.eu or by e-mail to purchases@linkman-group.com or by telephone. HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous or current order, or who presents any form of risk in its eyes. HIGH ROCK LTD also reserves the right to refuse any order without justification.
Any order, placed via the website www.linkman-group.eu, by email or by telephone with payment by telephone, implies acceptance of the prices and description of the products available for sale. HIGH ROCK LTD undertakes to honour the orders received on the website only within the limits of available stocks of products. If one or more products ordered are not available, HIGH ROCK LTD undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible. The customer’s order may then be cancelled by the latter within 48 hours from the time of the order. In case the customer maintains his order, HIGH ROCK LTD will ship the order without the missing products, and the difference in amount on the missing products will be valid as a credit note.
Photographs, descriptions
All photographs are non-contractual, simply because HIGH ROCK LTD (www.linkman-group.eu) cannot guarantee the differences in colour due to the configuration of computers or internet access software, or the brightness of the photographs etc. HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to make technical changes to individual products without prior notice. Descriptions may also be changed without prior notice.
Shipping and Delivery
See Shipping and Returns. Delivery in the whole world, except Corsica, islands, mountainous zones and zones considered difficult to access by HIGH ROCK LTD and its carriers. Please contact us for these areas.
For deliveries outside France, we work with specialised companies and you will find the corresponding transport packages by entering your country in the delivery settings. However, we invite you to contact us before placing any order so that we can guarantee you the rates, deadlines and feasibility with regard to standards and technology, etc.
Payment
The payment of the purchases is carried out with the choice of the customer:
by credit card on the internet (internet payment solution)
by PayPal
by bank transfer
For payments by bank transfer, the ordered products are then reserved 18 hours from the time and date of the order. After this period and if the corresponding bank transfer is not received, HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order.
If HIGH ROCK LTD cancels the order, the transfer will be sent back to the customer within 30 days on the issuing IBAN, minus the bank charges of HIGH ROCK LTD for the reception and sending of the payment. The bank charges will therefore not be shared but fully borne by the customer.
Validation of the payment
The payment is validated upon receipt of the additional information requested in case of payment by credit card requiring additional checks (see paragraph 5 Fight against credit card fraud).
HIGH ROCK LTD may at any time request more information on the payment from the customer or the payment system, and HIGH ROCK LTD will not be held responsible for any extension of the deadline.
Fight against credit card fraud
HIGH ROCK LTD implements all the means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the web and on the website www.linkman-group.eu thanks to Sumup, Paypal, etc… depending on your choice. As such, the website uses Paypal or Sumup as a means of transaction. HIGH ROCK LTD does not take any responsibility for these conditions and transactions as they are undertaken by the companies holding these rights and duties. We advise you to consult the Paypal or Sumup website for any questions.
Exchange, return and refund

Security of transactions
HIGH ROCK LTD uses all means to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data transmitted on the web and on the website www.linkman-group.eu thanks to Sumup or Paypal. In this respect, the website uses Sumup or Paypal as a means of transaction. HIGH ROCK LTD does not take any responsibility for these conditions and transactions as they are undertaken by the party you have chosen. We advise you to consult the website of the chosen provider for any questions.

Intellectual property rights
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on HIGH ROCK LTD are reserved under copyright and intellectual property law for the whole world. In this respect and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only private use is authorised, subject to different, even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code. Any total or partial reproduction of the HIGH ROCK LTD website is strictly forbidden without prior agreement.
Responsibility
HIGH ROCK LTD has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process, delivery, customer service or subsequent services, only an obligation of means. HIGH ROCK LTD shall not be held liable for any inconvenience or damage inherent to the use of the Internet network, in particular a break in service, external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any event qualified as force majeure, in accordance with case law.
Warranty
No warranty is applicable to the products sold by HIGH ROCK LTD. The products, at the time of dispatch of the order, are sound, of good quality and in good condition. All other products sold have been approved by HIGH ROCK LTD, therefore, they are not subject to a warranty as they have passed our tests and have been approved.
However, the manufacturer’s warranties still apply, but are guaranteed by the respective manufacturers and not by HIGH ROCK LTD (www.linkman-group.eu) who will not take care of the after sales service of your products.
Cancellation periods
HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to charge the costs of order processing, preparation and/or delivery following a cancellation within fourteen days of the order.
Only HIGH ROCK LTD is qualified to assess the various costs related to the order and these costs cannot be questioned.
All perishable, spoilable or custom-made products sold by HIGH ROCK LTD cannot be subject to a withdrawal period as they are living perishable products: “spoilable or rapidly perishable goods”.
All products that require manufacturing and/or are not in stock are not returnable as they are ordered expressly for the customer and are not returnable to the manufacturers.
Protection of personal data
HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to collect data on the customer, in particular by the use of cookies in accordance with the legislation in force. The user may expressly object to the disclosure of his personal data. To do so, he/she simply needs to notify HIGH ROCK LTD, Customer Service, Suite 5 – Valley Towers – Valley Road, BIRKIRKARA BKR9022, MALTA. In accordance with the law of 6 January 1978, the user has the right to access and rectify data concerning him/her.
We use the services of third-party advertising companies that display advertisements when you visit our site. These companies may use information (not including your name, address, telephone number or e-mail address) about your visits to this and other sites in order to provide you with advertisements about products and services relevant to your interests.
Use of cookies
HIGH ROCK LTD uses cookies to recognise the customer when he/she logs on to the www.linkman-group.eu website. The customer can disable the use of these cookies at any time by selecting the appropriate settings in their browser. This is the sole responsibility of the client.
Delivery times
The delivery times shown on the HIGH ROCK LTD website are the times that are generally respected. We speak more often of delivery times because the delivery time depends on the carrier and is not controllable by HIGH ROCK LTD.
If the delivery time is exceeded, HIGH ROCK LTD is not liable to pay compensation or to cancel the order. The customer is not entitled to claim compensation in the event of a delay in delivery. The customer can cancel the order if the delivery time is exceeded by twice the original delivery time (either on the website or by email, whichever is longer).
On the other hand, an article which is out of stock, in a delay superior to the one indicated, or definitively unavailable, although it can be ordered, cannot commit HIGH ROCK LTD to honour either the delay or the supply. The responsibilities resulting from this unavailability (temporary or definitive) are not reproachable and are not under the responsibility/charge of HIGH ROCK LTD. Any event, related or not, to this (temporary or permanent) unavailability is not borne by HIGH ROCK LTD.
HIGH ROCK LTD reserves the right to cancel an order without justification.
Competent court in case of dispute
The competent court for any dispute shall be the Court of Valletta, Malta.
A mobile phone number is imperative when placing the order so that the carrier can easily reach the customer. If possible, please provide us with a landline number and a mobile phone number.
If the carrier is unable to reach the customer for delivery of the order, if the customer does not respond to a delivery notice, if the delivery is postponed or if the contact details are incorrect, an overdue notice of €30 excluding VAT will be charged. If an order has to be stored with one of our carriers, the costs incurred will also be passed on to you.
Any representation in case of absence on the agreed delivery day without notification by the customer, or any delivery made impossible due to an erroneous declaration by the customer, will be invoiced at € 200.
